The main objective of the course is to understand the principles of risk management, by identifying the risk and methods for covering it. The course will focus on skills training regarding methods for covering risk and assessment tools, in order to improve a company’s position in terms of risk and adapt the organization to deal with risk.

INSTRUCTORS
At the end of the course, students will:
  • Analyze the specific framework for understanding business risks;
  • Assimilate the particularities of the business risk management process;
  • Assimilate the methods and techniques of identifying, analyzing and assessing risks in an organization;
  • Strengthen the capacity for risk analysis in an organization.
